What do I get for my money?

With all of the Dancing Fairy services, you will receive two DVDs featuring highlights of your big day. Each DVD comes in a specially designed case. Extra DVDs (up to a maximum of five), are available on request for £10 each.

How long will my DVD take to arrive?

In most cases, you will receive your DVD within four weeks of your wedding/civil partnership. However, during the busier spring/summer months, it may take six weeks.

Can I chose my own music?

Clients are encouraged to contribute as much as they like with their DVD. Alternatively, if you’d rather leave it up to Dancing Fairy then that’s fine too.
Dancing Fairy takes music copyright laws very seriously. Music licenses must be granted before you can use commercial music in your DVD. This fee is already included in the price of our packages.

What running time will my DVD have?

Wedding and civil partnership DVDs are usually between 60 and 90 minutes in length. Please note, this estimate is based on a minimum of seven hours of footage.

How do I know if you are any good?

You can read what previous Dancing Fairy customers have to say by clicking Tesimonials. Alternatively, email your address details via the Showreel request form and we’ll send you a free, no-obligations Dancing Fairy DVD showreel, plus a bottle of bubbles while stocks last.

What kind of equipment do you use?

Dancing Fairy uses Final Cut Pro editing software and broadcast quality camera equipment.

I live in Scotland, would Dancing Fairy be prepared to travel that far to film my wedding / civil partnership?

Dancing Fairy is based in Brighton and generally operates in the Sussex and Greater London area. Dancing Fairy productions are more than prepared to travel anywhere in the UK, but may charge additional expense costs for petrol and overnight accommodation. Please call or email for a quote.

Are there any other charges I need to know about?

With Dancing Fairy there are absolutely no hidden costs. Once a price has been agreed that’s all you’ll have to pay.

I’ve made up my mind, Dancing Fairy is the company for me. How do I go about booking you?

Send us an email or give us a call to find out whether the date you have chosen is available. If you are booking a wedding or civil partnership, a £200 deposit is required*.
Please note: your full balance should be paid no later than 14 days prior to your big day.
* All deposits are non-refundable.

How far in advance should I book?

Booking at least six months in advance to avoid disappointment is recommended. However, occasionally there are cancellations so if you need any service on short notice, make sure you call anyway. Dancing Fairy may be able to help you out.
